We have 24-hour return rule suggests you have 24 hours after receiving your item to ask for a reimbursement. To be acceptable for a refund, your item should be in the same condition that you obtained it, unused and with tags, and also in its initial packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll dispatch you a reimbursement shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to mail your package. Products delivered back to us without first requesting a return will not be acknowledged.
